As part of our on-boarding process, we work with your vision and objectives front of mind to establish a range of Resident and Owner services, maximising enjoyment within the building.

In support of these services, we prepare user-facing marketing materials to present via your Selling Agents and Marketing Team to prospective investors in the building.

    • Implement an online Resident Engagement Portal.
    • Provide Concierge services within the building.
    • Experienced coordination of onsite letting (short term / AirBNB and permanent letting), supporting investors to achieve maximum returns whilst still preserving the peaceful enjoyment of all residents.
    • Implementing community events notice-boards, parcel deliveries, maintenance of by-laws, book-borrowing facilities, and managing amenities bookings.
